The 2019 Creative Industry Mental Health Survey
It's Tuesday 10am AEST and like every Tuesday at this time you're reading things that I write.
This week I'd like you to focus on you. Not me.
Last year the amazing team I work with championed a simple but profound survey into the mental health of the creative industry. It was one of those 'should we do this? Damn yes!' moments? ...
So, instead of spending time reading my journal this week, I'd like you to take some time to do this survey, and once you're done, please share it with your network.
You can take part in the 2019 survey here.
Edit: This survey closed on July 31, 2019)
The survey is completely anonymous and your answers are in no way linked to your email.
We'll make the final report available on our website later this year — you're welcome to read last year's report here.
If you're interested in supporting this annual effort in anyway, please feel free to forward this email, or the link to the survey to your networks.
We spend so much time at work, working closely with other people who have the same cares, fears and insecurities as we do.
We spend so much time worrying about family, children, friends and other things that truly matter.
Worrying about the stress of unhealthy work environments shouldn't be a thing.
The good things you do — the good things we all do — matter.
This is one of those good things.
A chance for our voices to be heard.
